Your subscription number is located in the upper left-hand corner of the address label on your magazine.

How do I update my contact information?
You have the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, a refund will be given only on the period left on your subscription. Please contact Subscriber Services.

How many copies per subscription can I order?
You can order as many copies per subscription as you like, however, on our website at this time, it is only possible to order one copy per subscription. To order a multi-copy subscription to the same address, simply call us or send an email or fax to indicate that you ordered one copy online but wish to multiply the amount. Please provide us with your name and address so we can match the orders.

Can the magazine be delivered to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes.

When will I receive my first issue of the magazine?
Your first issue will arrive 6-8 weeks after your order is received. S/ magazine publishes 4 times a year: April, June, September and November. Issues may come out at different times of the month.

How do I order a gift subscription?
You can order a gift subscription online or directly through Subscriber Services.

Can I designate which month or issue I would like to start my subscription/gift?
Yes, if you are ordering online you can indicate your preference on the first page. Otherwise, you can contact sharp@yrnet.com and inform them of your preference.

How do you ship my magazine?
The magazine is shipped as Publications Mail via Canada Post.

What should I do if I don't receive my magazine?
Call Subscriber Services at 1-866-815-1441, or email us at sharp@yrnet.com for assistance. Please provide us with your subscription/membership number for a faster tracking response.

Will I have to renew my subscription when it expires?
We are pleased to offer a Continuous Service option. If you indicate that you would like Continuous Service, we will automatically send you the first issue of your renewal subscription followed by an invoice. This option saves time, money and the environment by eliminating multiple renewal notice mailings prior to your expiration. Alternatively, you also have the choice of renewing online; notifying us each time you want to renew your subscription via our Subscriber Services contact options; or by mailing/faxing in your renewal notice.

Will I get a renewal notice when my subscription expires?
If you have opted for Continuous Service you will receive an invoice for payment only. Those who do not choose Continuous Service will receive their renewal notices starting three months prior to expiration.

Who receives the renewal notice for a gift subscription?
Donors will receive a renewal notice for the gift subscription three months before it expires. If the gift subscription is not renewed, a renewal will be sent to the recipient one month after the subscription expires.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, a refund will only apply to the unused portion of your subscription. Please contact sharp@yrnet.com.

I want to buy my S/ magazine on the newsstand. How do I know which newsstand carries them?
Chapters, Indigo and most larger retailers carry S/ magazine.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting sharp@yrnet.com as soon as possible. If it is too late to cancel because your order has been shipped, then Return Procedures must be followed.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Sometimes goods may sustain minor damage during shipping or contain other small defects. This is very rare, however, if your item is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. If it is replaceable, we will send you an identical replacement.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cheques, however those options are not available online. If you wish to pay by cheque you may send your order and payment to Contempo Media Inc, PO Box 1246 Toronto, Ontario Canada M4P 3E4

Your privacy is our first concern. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that every exchange of personal information is safe. Please read our Privacy Statement and put your mind at ease. Will I have to fill in my financial and personal information every time I want to buy something on your site?
Yes. As part of our security policy, we do not save your financial information from past transactions. For more information on how we use your personal information, please read our Privacy Statement.
