Q1. Do you accept credit cards and is your site secure?
Yes, we accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard on a secure server.

Q2. Where is my subscription? I applied weeks ago.
Subscriptions are processed with 24 - 48 hours, but the delivery of your first issue could take up to 4 - 6 weeks depending on the publication's frequency. Please
contact Subscriber Services or view our Publishing Schedule.

Q3. Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms?
Our files must be updated once a year according to ABC regulations. This also helps our editors target the content of the magazine to those who read it.

Q4. What is my Subscription Number?
Your Subscription Number is the 7 or 8 digit numeric code located above your name on the magazine label.

Q5. How long do I have to wait for my address change to be processed?
It could take 4-6 weeks for your request to take effect. Our magazine labels are extracted two - three weeks prior to the when the magazine is mailed. As a result the next issue you receive may also have your old address. On a monthly magazine you should only experience one more incorrect addressed delivery due to this process. A weekly or bi-weekly magazine may be sent two or three times more before the address change takes effect.

Q6. How do I stop receiving e-mail from your company?
It's simple! Please access the
Edit Contact Information page via the menu on the left and complete the online form. We will be able to process your request with 24 - 48 hours.

Q7. Why did I suddenly stop receiving my free subscription?
There are a number of reasons you may have stopped receiving your free subscription. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted delivery of free copies of our magazines, but you can help us keep you on our subscription list by regularly updating your information using our subscription service page.
